The present is located on top of a smokestack past the 3m barrier. It'll disappear when you're about 6m, so you need to be a little bit quick and also note that once you drop down from the smokestack, the present is almost guaranteed to fall off the katamari and needs to be recollected from where ever it lands. I collect the present at around 5:52 in the video.
