Today, let’s address one of the most commonly asked questions I hear: “Am I too old to train for MMA?” which oddly, is a question that usually comes from teenagers and young men in their early 20’s.
Could it be that the real problem is starting too early and infantilizing martial arts? How many previously serious martial arts such as taekwondo, have since become martial arts themed day care?
Kids martial arts classes can definitely benefit children in a number of important ways (go check out kids coach extraordinaire Sensei Seth here on YouTube)
