Tucked away in the Town Hall Hotel in Bethnal Green, Da Terra is one of London’s most quietly ambitious restaurants, holding two Michelin stars, yet still flying under the radar.

Led by Brazilian-born Chef Rafael Cagali, Da Terra blends Latin soul with European precision. The tasting menu was expressive, technical, and deeply personal. At times playful, at times powerful, this was storytelling through food.
