My parents gave me their chest freezer as they were not using it anymore, and it was working the last time they used it. We moved it 20 miles in my father's pickup and then it sat for another 3 months in my basement before we started using it. Somehow the freon had leaked out. This video will show you how to refill the freon since there is not any low or high side taps to recharge the unit.
