This is a 45 minute vinyasa flow, part 5 of a series of mindful movement classes. Meditative flows that combine breath, movement and mindfulness techniques. These practices encourage you to cultivate a state of presence and calm anchoring your attention into the here and now. This kind of attention nurtures greater clarity, awareness and equanimity.
This class incorporates a mindfulness technique called STOP. S for stop & pause, T - to take a breath, O - to observe what’s happening in your mind/body and P - to proceed with more mindful awareness.
It’s a slow and spacious vinyasa flow for the whole body that will leave you feeling grounded and present.
You may wish to have a blanket for comfort 😊
