HOW I "LAY" MY EDGES! TYPE 4 NATURAL HAIR | THE CURLY CLOSET

This is how I "lay" my hairline down - I got questions on this so I decided to make a video showing my process. The basic process is this:

1) Spray my hair with water - I never add gel to my hairline without water. It helps to lay my hair down much easier.

2) Add gel - Eco Styler has always worked well for me!

3) Use a boar bristle brush - yes, a hard one! I am very gentle though, the brush does the hard work for me.

4) Optional - lay my hair down with a scarf or piece of material!
