Sad days this couple of days. Day 11 is the journey back to the north island from Picton to Wellington. Once off the ferry, conditions got windy. Dealing with strong cross winds while going at 100km/h wasn’t the most enjoyable thing to do. But eventually made it to Ohakune for our stay, only to find out that our Hike book for the next day wasn’t gonna be happening due to bad weather. So decided to make our way to Taupo and book some other activities in the area. So we booked a boat cruise around lake. Taupo to see the famous rock craving. Well…this wasn’t got happened as well due to bad weather. So just ended up walking around Taupo and chilling.
