Pre-ordering digital games in 2025 is one of the dumbest things a "customer" can do. Pre-orders incentivize terrible business practices that are ultimately one sided. Customers/consoomers have nothing to gain from pre-ordering.
Battlefield 6 was (and still is) the number one best selling game right now. And that was BEFORE the beta was even available.
And don't tell me you pre-order because you want "freebies" like skins or game currency, because that is still silly. FOMO overrides logic every time.
