Cooking Process(Serves 3-4 persons) :
=====================================
1) Take boneless chicken and make small cuts,
2) heat butter and cooking oil in a wok, let the butter melt, keep flame on medium
3) then add 1 bay leaf, 3 to 4 cloves and 1 cinnamon stick, sauté for about 5 to 7 seconds
4) then add 1 tbsp onion paste, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp garlic paste, sauté for 2 minutes on medium heat to remove the raw smell,
5) now add some vegetables like finely chopped carrots, finely chopped capsicum and some sweet corns (optional),
6) sauté the vegetables on high heat for 1 minute, then add the chicken,
7) sauté the chicken with vegetables on high for 1 minute,
8) then add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper powder,
9) now sauté the chicken on high till it turns white in colour,
10) then add 1 litre of water and mix well,
11) now cover and let it simmer on medium heat till chicken is completely cooked (about 20 to 30 minutes),
12) once the chicken is cooked take it out and shred into smaller pieces as shown in the video, then put it back in the wok,
13) mix the shredded chicken and check salt, add salt to taste if needed, also add 1 teaspoon black pepper powder and mix,
14) add some finely chopped spring onion greens or chopped coriander leaves and mix well,
15) now make a slurry with 1 tbsp corn flour and 3 tbsp water, add this mixture to the soup gradually while stirring it,
16) simmer for 30 seconds and serve hot with some garlic bread.
17) finish with some lemon juice or egg drop (optional).

INGREDIENTS:

1) Chicken 150 grams
2) 1 tbsp butter
3) 1 tbsp cooking oil
4) 1 bay leaf, 3 to 4 cloves, 1 cinnamon stick
5) 1 tbsp each of finely chopped carrots, capsicum
6) 1 tbsp corn flour
7) finely chopped spring onions or coriander leaves
8) 1 tsp crushed black pepper
9) 1 tsp black pepper powder
10) 1 tbsp onion paste, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger paste
11) salt to taste
12) water as needed
