This cleanup job takes place around a set of residential buildings where debris, scrap metal, and overgrown grass need clearing. Using a JCB mini skid steer, each load is taken to a nearby train station that handles waste for the region. The work moves slowly but steadily as the yard is cleared and restored.

Hello and welcome to my new series where I build a construction and gardening services company. It is a timelapse series which is a continuation of the previous series. This is episode #27 - of Farming Simulator 25 Raven Valley Roleplay Public Works series.

This episode focuses on a property clean-up job that turned out to be far larger than expected. The task begins with a drive out to a new client who requested help clearing the area around a group of residential buildings connected by a shared backyard. At first glance, the job looked manageable, but once on site it became clear that the amount of debris and overgrown grass would require more time and equipment than planned. The layout of the property made access a bit tight, so careful manoeuvring was needed to work through each section without disturbing the surrounding buildings.

To handle the heavier items scattered around the yard, a JCB mini skid steer was brought along. Its compact size made it ideal for navigating the narrow spaces between the buildings while still offering enough lifting power to move bulky objects. The only major item found during the first sweep was a pallet stacked with scrap metal, which had to be secured and transported safely. Smaller debris was gathered by hand and sorted into piles to make the loading process smoother.

With no proper recycling point available in the area, all waste had to be transported to a nearby train station that handles outgoing rubbish. This meant preparing each load carefully to avoid unnecessary trips. The first run focused mainly on metal and mixed debris, giving the yard a bit more breathing room and making it easier to see what still needed attention.
On the second visit, more wooden items were uncovered and cleared out. The grass around the property had grown unevenly, so cutting it down became the next priority. Working through the yard section by section helped keep the process organized and made it easier to track progress. The JCB continued to play a key role, especially when shifting awkward pieces that couldn’t be moved by hand.

Even though the work is slow, the improvement is noticeable with each pass. Clearing the clutter reveals more of the yard’s layout, and reducing the overgrowth helps bring the space back to a usable condition. The job is far from finished, but the steady progress shows that the effort will pay off once the entire area is cleaned and restored
