Iguanodon is still pretty weak, only being able to beat most stuff in mobs. Carcha/Giga can win in a 1 on 1 simply because of a higher health pool and the fact that they do like 2k on a bodyshot. Your best chance to live as Iguanodon is a herd of 4 members, if you are an elder, your stronger and able to defend yourself, but you won't be able to run awa,y which lets carchs and gigas pick you off.
