The use case is for an Insurance Claims team when a Claims Advisor escalates to the Claims Assessors.

1. The Preview In-app notifications including how to create notifications for Team Members in a Dynamics 365/Dataverse team. I'll also do an overview of Ivan Ficko's latest tool in #XrmToolBox that can come in handy.
2. Using Microsoft Teams adaptive cards which is supported today.
