280zx Sub-frame bushings are decent when new and they do have new ones for sale. However, if you are going to be removing the original ones, then polyurethane bushings are a nice upgrade. Using the 300zx 1984-1989 polyurethane bushing should help eliminate any wheel hop caused by the sub-frame moving. The 300zx bushings do need to be cut down and this can be done many different ways and isn't very difficult.
The 300zx bushing I used is "Rear Subframe Bushings - Nissan 300ZX - Prothane 14101" from energy suspension.
