Foam Fursuit Head Base Pattern Tutorial

I decided to upload/build off some very old footage I recorded of me building Blaze 2.0 fursuit. I originally was going to make a tutorial series following my journey making the fursuit, but life got in the way. Still, why not post about it here.

Very rough materials list:
Computer
Electricity
Paint program (I use Sai, but Krita and FireAlpaca are free)
Paint (Win 11)
Scissors
Sharpie/permanent markers
Paper
Printer
1in upholstery foam (I usually buy them in rolls, like Fairfield's Project Foam, medium to high density foam is best!)
1/2in upholstery foam
Hot glue
Hot glue gun
(optional) Mannequin dummy head guy (I think I got this from here: https://www.monstermakers.com/EDH20)
