中里肌肉片(俗稱:老鼠肉)-150g
醃漬
韓式大醬-1湯匙、醬油-½茶匙、米酒-1湯匙、芝麻油-½茶匙、白砂糖-¼茶匙、蒜泥-2小瓣
步驟
(1) 將所述醃漬之醬料於小碗中拌勻,再放入肉片拌勻後,密封冷藏12小時。
(2) 中小火熱鍋,放入1湯匙的食用油,放入肉片油煎至表面微焦即可。

Ingredients
150g pork leg tender side or pork tenderloin
Marinade
1 Tbsp Doenjang(Korean soybean paste), ½ tsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp rice wine, ½ tsp sesame oil, ¼ tsp granulated sugar, 2 cloves grated garlic
Instructions
(1) Combine the marinade in the small bow, add the pork and and rub in well all over. Cover the bowl and let it stand for 12 hours in the fridge.
(2) Heat the pan over medium-low heat, pour 1 Tbsp cooking oil. Add the pork and pan fry the pork has been charred but not burnt.
