Unfortunately, owing to health problems, I won't be able to get to The Other Partizan in Newark this coming Sunday, 12th Otober 2025, but I want to encourage others to go, so here's a short tribute based on the very first of the Partizan/Other Partizan shows I ever attended back in Spetember 2005. Yes, time really has flown!
I was blown away by the quality of the games on show then, and I still am today, It's also really interesting to contrast the effort put into terrain building back then, before the days of easily purchased gaming cloths and scatter terrain – lert alone 3d printing!
As I mentioned in the video, looking back through my photos albums reminded me of some of the gamers who have sadly passed on in the intervening couple of decades, so this video is dedicated to them.
