Senses Induced Lucid Dreaming involves you focusing on certain senses right before falling asleep, so that you enter a dream with a higher level of awareness and therefore a really good chance of lucid dreaming. SSILD is still a fairly new technique and I recommend trying it out for at least one week before deciding if it's right for you or not.

Follow the steps in this video to learn how to lucid dream tonight using the SSILD technique! If you want even better odds of succeeding, I recommend watching my beginner's tutorial (link is above) and some of my other videos to really get the idea into your head.

This is one of my favorite lucid dreaming techniques because if you do the steps correctly, all you need to do is fall asleep and your brain will do the rest.
