These TECHNIQUES could SOLVE your DOORWAY SCENES

Hello everyone! My name is Nate Caywood and I am a Los Angeles based cinematographer. And I want to get better at my craft, and in order to do that I am analyzing the work of other people who are far better than I am, in the hopes I can replicate their work when I am on set.

Today, thanks to ‪@jaredfilms‬ I am exploring how one could light to characters standing at a door, one inside and one outside from each other. What we learned is there are a lot of different ways to do it, but let's get into the weeds with it in ‪@CineTracer‬.
