This vegan mozarella will blow you mind. It a delicious vegan cheese and tastes like regular mozzarella, its easy cheap and fast and meltable. Ill show you four recipes you can make with it like vegan pizza with mozzarella.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE VEGAN MOZARELLA
In a mixer put
a block of silken tofu 350g (1 + 1/2 cup)
2 tablespoons of tapioca flour
5 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon of garlic salt. If you don’t have this just take a third a teaspoon of garlic powder and two-thirds of salt.
½ a teaspoon of white pepper
A teaspoon of Dijon mustard
1 tablespoons of lemon or white wine vinegar
4 tablespoon of coconut oil
A teaspoon of agar agar
