EVERY ENTRY SUBMITTED IS PLACED ON A HUGE EXCEL SPREADSHEET AND I USED A RANDOM NUMBER GENERATOR TO SELECT THE WINING NUMBER (I DON'T PERSONALLY SELECT THE OC BECAUSE I WANT THE GIVEAWAY TO BE FAIR)

DO I HAVE TO RE-SUBMIT IF I DON'T WIN?

No, your OC will remain on my spreadsheet until it is selected!

CAN I SUBMIT MORE THAN ONE OC?

Of course!
