In order to to a great machine restoration, it is the details that can really make the difference. Machine tags and badges that have become worn, scratched and faded can be restored with some effort. In this video, I will discuss how I removed the tags from my LeBlond meal lathe, stripped them clean, re-painted them, and then cleaned the paint off of the raised letters. The end results are a very nice tag that is ready to go back on a restored machine.
