Small Farms Manitoba provides you with a window into the lives and production methods of your local farmers, through a comprehensive directory that details exactly what you need to know about your local Manitoba farmers.

As an online directory for buying farm food and products directly from farmers across the province of Manitoba, Small Farms Manitoba’s mission is to connect YOU with farms that are transparent about their farming practices and production methods, social and environmental policies, and management of their businesses.

Follow Kalynn Spain of Small Farms Manitoba this summer as she visits these local farms! Kalynn will share with you all the stories, pictures, and videos from her travels. Whether you live in Winnipeg or elsewhere in Manitoba, so you can see firsthand the principles and practices of small farms across our province—without leaving your home or travelling all over Manitoba yourself.

Manitoba farm profiles will be updated on the free online directory to reflect Kalynn’s findings so that we can all strengthen our relationships with our local Manitoba farmers and the food we eat.
