The Tools and products I used in this video are as follow;
1) Cake (keep your off cuts as these can be mixed with buttercream to make a cake pop mix which we will also use)
2) Chocolate Ganache
3) Buttercream
4) Modelling Chocolate - coloured to the Fur colour (a soft shade of teddy bear Brown), some coloured to his Shorts colour and finally some dark brown modelling chocolate for his antlers.
5) Sugar Paste (Fondant) - Red, Yellow, White, Blue, Black, Pink
6) A Cake Structure - Comprised Cake Cards, Masonite Base Board, M8 Threaded Rod, Aluminium Craft Wire, Cake Dowels (Straws), Food Safe Tape (or Foil), M8 Nuts, M8 Washers
7) Palette Knife
8) Sharp paring Knife
9) Serrated knife
10) An image of Tony Tony Chopper printed to the size of the cake you would like too create - this will be used as our template :)
11) Flexi Smoother
12) Dresden Tool
13) Straw
14) Water
15) Paint Brush
16) Rolling Pin
17) Small Square Cutters
18) Small Circle Cutter (I used the wide opening of a piping nozzle)
19) Cocktail Sticks (to use to add support whilst drying)
20) Black Edible Ink Pen
