CYGNI All Guns Blazing, for me, is an important game and it will have a special place in my heart as it brought back the dorment side of the love for the good old classic shmups all over again. Elden Ring did the same, in a awy, it made me want to play Soulslike and roguelike games that before that I was scared of touching them due to high difficulty. So regardless of how the game is accepted by others, it will have a special place in my heart and I thank the devs for that.
For me it didn't matter if it is a Konami published game or not, nor I had the option to compare it to other shmups as I haven't played a lot of them in the past decade. What it does, it brings something fresh and exciting that for many players will ignite the love for twin-stick/shmup games that other more popular titles might have not or just get their interest maybe even better than the top shmup titles that hardcore fans are mentioning. Whatever the reason, this title might worth your attention.
