Arattupuzha Pooram – One of the grandest temple festivals of Kerala, celebrated with divine majesty and centuries-old tradition at the Sree Sastha Temple, Arattupuzha, Thrissur. Known as the ‘Deva Mela’ (Gathering of Gods), this pooram sees the spiritual congregation of over 23 deities from neighboring temples, making it truly unique and divine.

The festival is marked by the majestic elephant processions, melam (traditional percussion), fireworks, and the ritual bath (Arattu) of the presiding deity. Held during the Malayalam month of Meenam (March-April), it’s a visual and spiritual extravaganza that brings together thousands of devotees, art lovers, and tourists.
