Just like other parts of your body, you can stretch your fingers too. Here are 5 exercises you can do to stretch your fingers. These exercises will be good for any work that requires dexterity. In order we have:
0:22 - individual finger stretches; these can also be done on a table top
3:04 - spread fingers wide
3:27 - flaming heart mudra
4:40 - owl eyes mudra
5:37 - wolf mudra; this can also be done on a table top
