बेंगलुरु में तैनात डीजीपी रैंक के आईपीएस अधिकारी डॉ. रामचंद्र राव का एक आपत्तिजनक वीडियो वायरल होने के बाद कर्नाटक में हड़कंप मचा हुआ है. इस वीडियो में अधिकारी अपनी आधिकारिक वर्दी पहनकर ड्यूटी के दौरान सरकारी दफ्तर में महिला के साथ अश्लील हरकतें करते नजर आ रहे हैं. खुफिया तरीके से रिकॉर्ड किए गए इस फुटेज में अधिकारी महिला को गले लगाते और चूमते दिख रहे हैं.

मामला सामने आते ही मुख्यमंत्री सिद्धारमैया ने विभाग से विस्तृत ब्रीफिंग ली है. वीडियो देखने के बाद मुख्यमंत्री बेहद गुस्से में हैं. फिलहाल सिविल राइट्स एन्फोर्समेंट निदेशालय में महानिदेशक के पद पर तैनात राव ने इन आरोपों को सिरे से खारिज किया है.

A fresh controversy has erupted in Karnataka after a video allegedly showing a DGP-rank IPS officer engaging in inappropriate behaviour with women inside his office surfaced in the public domain. Unlike earlier scandals involving political figures, this episode reportedly involves a top police officer, raising serious questions about discipline and conduct within the police department.

The video is said to feature Dr. Ramachandra Rao, an IPS officer of DGP rank, who is currently serving as the Director General of Police at the Civil Rights Enforcement Directorate. According to information available, the footage was secretly recorded inside the DGP’s office and allegedly captures Dr. Rao interacting closely with women during official working hours.
