I do have an articulation speech disorder(Broca's aphasia) where I may have issues making or producing sounds properly. Furthermore, I can say certain words clearly and sometimes not. This doesn't mean that I'm deaf, as I can still hear. My voice is also fine. This impediment is more related to muscle memory. I also do have autism as well. I got this impediment when I was young.
