Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty Trial Edition Gameplay HD (PS2)

The MGS2: Sons of Liberty Trial Edition is a demo included in another Kojima-directed game, "Zone of the Enders." It was released multple times: Once as a separate disc with the "Zone of the Enders" game, once in Europe via OPM (Official Playstation Magazine,) once as a standalone disc, and yet once again as a result of the announcement of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.

This trial version covers the opening 'hour' of the Tanker chapter, culminating in the fight against Olga Gurlukovich on the deck of the ship.

Various differences between this version and the release:
All of the dialogue is spoken in Japanese, despite captions and subtitles being shown in English.
The English captions had been slightly reworked in between this demo and the final game.
The iconic cigarettes are simply labeled "Tobacco" instead of "Cigs."
The HUD icon for the M9 is red instead of blue, with the full name of it being the "M9 15" instead of just M9.
Zooming in cutscenes was not implemented yet.
The overall Codec layout is much different, with characters only able to be rotated instead of panned/zoomed in on. The interior monologue feature (Pressing L2/R2 while mid Codec,) is not present.
The LIFE gauge is a different color, as well as a lack of a stamina bar for Olga.
Surveillance camera's radar cone is yellow instead of blue, similar to MGS1.
