this week we test out the anko bread maker. we make basic white bread. the machine cost 85.00 with free delivery.
make sure the machine is on a level surface
make sure you put the paddle in
1 and 1/3 cups water at room temp
1 table spoon of vegetable oil or olive oil
1 tea spoon salt
3 and 1/3 cups wallaby bread flour
1 tea spoon white sugar
make a hole in middle of flour and add
2 tea spoons dry yeast
click into place and turn on
it is already set to no. 1 for 3 hours
push the color button to medium
leave it on 800g
push start
