WCCO's Adam Duxter spoke with the owner of The Prodigal Public House in south MInneapolis, which is a few blocks away from where a 37-year-old man was killed by federal immigration enforcement officials Saturday morning. The owner says he is also a pastor who has served in the community for nearly four decades.
