Ingredients
1 tbsp oil of choice
2.5 Pound Chuck/ Diezmillo
6-8 Guajillo chiles (remove seeds and stem)
1/2 sliced onion
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp salt (to season chuck beef)
6 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 Tbsp Mexican oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup water to use right after searing
1 cup water (to blend chiles)
2 cups water (to cook)
Flour or corn tortillas
Toppings- Chopped fresh onion and cilantro
