Can You Make Whipped Cream from Sweetened Condensed Milk?

I've been asked several times if you can make whipped cream from a can of sweetened condensed milk. I hadn't ever tried it myself, but decided it would be handy hack because it's easy to keep a can of sweetened condensed milk in the pantry whereas fresh cream has a shorter lifespan in the refrigerator. So I gave it a go following some tips I found online. See how it went.

Carlee's note after the fact: I did let the mixer go on high for 10 minutes after the video. It did make the sweetened condensed milk somewhat more voluminous but didn't really change the overall efficacy.
