材料:包粉200g,澄面粉50g ,酵母半茶匙,水120g,泡打粉半茶匙,糖37g , 橄榄油 25g
发酵1小时
叉烧料:
叉烧200g 切丁,红洋葱半粒切碎,香菜切碎5g ,蚝油1汤匙,海鲜酱1汤匙,叉烧酱1汤匙,糖3汤匙,水150ml,马铃薯粉1汤匙半
包:60g +馅料 :25g
包好后再发酵20-30分钟
*热水蒸10分钟,10分钟后关火盖着焖5分钟。

Char siew Bao
Ingredient: pau flour 200g , wheat starch 50g , instant yeast half tsp , water 120g , baking power half tsp , sugar 37g , olive oil 25g
Dough proof for 1hour
Char siew filling :
Char siew 200g , red onion half cut minced , coriander 5g ,1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of seafood sauce, 1 tablespoon char siew sauce, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 150ml water, 1 and a half tablespoon of potato starch
Bao : 60g + filling : 25g
Wrap it and then ferment for 20-30 minutes.
steam in hot water for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
