The Kettlebell Deadlift is a staple hip hinging exercise that almost any client can start with because you can load it appropriately and it's a relatively low risk exercise.
Like most deadlift variations, there's some nuance in coaching this pattern, but the kettlebell deadlift is a great teaching tool because it places the load closer to the center of the client's body.
