When Pentax announced they’d be making film cameras again, I was obviously pretty excited. The Pentax 17 is the first of many (hopefully), but after working with it for the past month, it became pretty clear that it’s not for me. The camera works just fine, but nothing about it excites me that much. It doesn’t have any standout features. But I also know that I’m not necessarily the target market. Regardless, in this review, I’m sharing what I thought about it while trying to keep in mind who it may be for. Enjoy!
