Embla Matilde Njerve is a Norwegian athlete who represents Bergen TF and competes in the pole vault. She is the daughter of former three-step jumper Sigurd Njerve .
In 2023, she took bronze in the European Youth Olympic Games . She won NM gold in pole vault indoors in 2024.
She won silver in the pole vault at the U18 European Athletics Championships 2024 , behind Anastasia Boumpoulidi from Greece .
Njerve holds the record for girls aged 15 in the pole vault with 3.80 metres.
