I needed to copy and rename files from 30+ folders and of course, I wasn't going to do it manually! So I decided to write a quick Python script to do it for me and I figured why not record the process to show how something like this might be approached in Python.

Please note that the script was created for a very specific task, so you should only use it as a reference since it won't work for you as is.
