Hah, this is Kota Kinabalu old timers bro! Panggilan Pulau Puaka IV - Vol 1 is the one who introduced me to Demizer. They have contributed Insilence Ordeal for this compy which was released back in 2001 under Psychic Scream Ent. That times their melodic DM style with the raw and catchy elements really make me fascinated. First time listening to this kult song really make me wonder where the hell did this talented band came from? Hah, Demizer really unknown to me at first and its quite hard for me that times to get metal info from the Borneo scene. The only bands that comes to my mind is Mantak. Hah, it seems that this Borneo deathmetaller a lil bit slow in progress and they have been frozen quite sometimes since their last EP in 2003. Well, maybe they have facing so many problem especially line-up matters. Anyway, after 10 long years finally Carnage Mastermind was out at the beginning of 2013. This debut album definitely show how strong their will to strike back in the scene. Contain full blast of Melodic DM in 8 trax seems like the revenge of the undead. Very nice and catchy melodies yet being presented in the harsh and aggressive kinda DM like the old skool days. Harsh growling and screaming really make this album impressive especially the solo parts. Hmm.. one cover song from Silent Death which is Book Of Death also included. There are also 2 trax was written in Bahasa Melayu which I think quite interesting. I think Demizer really show that they were still the best among the best of the local underground metal bands in Malaysia especially Sabah, The Land Below The Wind. Ok, this shit stuff was released by Metal Blitz Ent and being also distrobuted by Eastern Voice Prod.
