Bars and Melody: Allergic To The Sun LIVE at CBBC Summer Social (4/8/18)

Bars and Melody—Leondre Devries and Charlie Lenehan—perform Allergic To The Sun on the main stage at the CBBC Summer Social.

Leo and Charlie open their set in Croxteth Park, Liverpool, with this song (taken from their album Generation Z), accompanied by a live band and broadcast on the CBBC TV channel.

Bars and Melody are Leondre Devries and Charlie Lenehan, a rapping and singing duo who were Britain's Got Talent 2014 finalists.

After the show, Bars and Melody were signed by Simon Cowell. Their début, anti-bullying single Hopeful came out in July 2014.

Leo and Charlie have since released further singles, their début album 143 and their Teen Spirit EP, have toured extensively across the world; and have a huge fandom, not only in the UK, but also, especially, in Poland and in Japan, where they have made two albums with Avex, one of Japan’s largest record labels.

Bars and Melody’s latest album Generation Z came out last September. They are currently working on their next album.
