When strategic sites on Earth start popping like flashbulbs, inventor‑hero Commando Cody traces the mystery blasts to Retik, the calculating Ruler of the Moon. Cody, with Joan Gilbert and Ted Richards at his side, blasts off in a streamlined rocket to confront Retik’s plan to “soften up” Earth using lunarium‑powered ray tech. Back home, Cody duels Retik’s on‑Earth agent Krog and human heavies Graber and Daly through airborne dogfights, cafe dust‑ups, and cliff‑side pursuits. A second trip to the Moon nets Cody a captured ray cannon and the proof he needs to turn the tide. With the clock ticking on a full‑scale lunar relocation, Cody aims his jet‑pack skills and brainy gadgets at shutting down Retik’s grand design once and for all.
