This video is all about my brother's marriage which took place at Ini LGA. CONGRATULATIONS @akopacHD. Watch us perform the final and critical stage of his marriage rites - unongho mkpo ndo (loosely translates to "presenting the marriage items"). This is the original traditional marriage; it is an important step in the marriage process after which the couple can start their life as married couple. Successive activities are just celebration of marriage.

Nevertheless, some families may keep this step till the marriage celebration day (or wedding or traditional marriage day) to avoid unnecessary confusion about the start date of the marriage.

Might I add, this LIST is the leading cause of cold-feet and anxiety in young men because it all depends on the bride's family and some families YO!!! What people don't know is that you can negotiate with the family to reduce or remove items from the list.
