C5 Corvette Charging System Fix, For Real This Time!

Well, we are again trying to track down the Charging System Fault in the 2001 Corvette. Turns out, the remanufactured AC Delco alternator from RockAuto.com was putting out too much voltage. We were seeing 14.3-14.5v when the error message would appear. Luckily they are very easy to work with, offering a quick warranty replacement. The new (remanufactured) alternator installed in less than ten minutes and seems to have solved the problem.
