A Villain ATE Spider-Man's Eye

Yup, you read that title right - this is a quick 'comic explained' episode on one of the most brutal fights that Spider-Man has ever lost. Specifically against the villain Morlun, who's most recently been spotted in Dan Slott's 'End of Spider Verse' comic - I don't recommend reading that.

I really do miss JMS's run on Amazing Spider-Man, his writing for Peter Parker and his supporting cast of characters holds such a special place in my heart, even if he spends a lot of time thrashing the webslinger worse than probably any other writer who's picked up the character.
