Jason has 17+ years in Food & Beverage, and has been with Still Austin for almost 2 years as the Education and Brand Experience Manager.

Jason is an experienced beverage and event specialist, with focuses on fine spirits & wine. Jason is deeply knowledgeable on a plethora of technical subject matter including fermentation, distillation, and the influence of terroir. He posesses a complete skillset, enabling him to excel in consumer relations, public speaking, education, and copywriting. After working at nearly every level in the hospitality industry, Jason has begun to focus his attention on distilled spirits including whiskey, brandy and rum.
