Ingredients
For the sponge cake
3 Eggs ( 60g)
Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
90g Sugar
90g All purpose flour
30g Vegetable Oil or Coconut Oil
30ml Milk
Cake Syrup
200ml Fresh Milk
185ml Evaporated Milk
185g Condensed Milk
Cake frosting
200g Whipping Cream
1 cup of Cherry for garnish
Baking Tray Size : 18cm Dia x 7cm Hight bake
170 C` 25 to 30 Minutes
