Some Canadian universities blame immigration restrictions for sinking interest

Some Canadian universities and colleges are seeing a decline in interest after the federal government announced it's cutting international student permits and immigration targets. And in Montreal, English universities are also feeling the effects of new higher tuition for out-of-province students.
