The Magicite's melancholic light pulses ever slower as our heroes traverse the island the Espers used to call home. None remain, besides the swarms of monstrous worms, buried in the deserts formed in the absence of the mountains. A gaping maw shudders below the feet of the Magi, swallowing them whole...

Yet within the bowels of the beast, an unknown figure lights a torch. Panicked by a robe's vibrant colors, the Magi ready their weapons to fight a god...yet before them stands a mere human. Blankly staring, the unknown person awaits our heroes' next move.

Terra decides to blast a hole through the creature. To her surprise, two fireballs collide against the intestinal walls, exposing our heroes to sickly sunlight once again. Gogo stands up, hands smoking, yet...no magic lingers around the robed figure. Their power is strange, unnatural...something almost not of this world.

Feared for their mastery of mimicry, yet instinctively understood to be friend, Gogo is welcomed into the ranks of the Magi.
