Located along Tamagawa Josui, it is a vast park with an area of about 80 hectares.
This park is a rich park with a large grassland, a wooded area surrounding it, a cherry blossom garden, a naughty mountain, an archery hall, an SL (C57) exhibition, 16 tennis courts.
The predecessor of this park is Koganei Dairyokuchi, which was planned for the 2600 AD commemorative project in 1945. After the war, it was used for the Tomiya Temporary Palace and lost 40% due to the liberation of agricultural land, but it was opened as a city park in 2017.
玉川上水沿いに位置した、面積約80ヘクタールの広大な公園です。
この公園は広々とした草地、それを取り巻く雑木林、桜の園、わんぱく山、弓道場、SL（C57）展示、16面のテニスコートと内容豊かな公園です。
この公園の前身は、昭和15年の紀元2600年記念事業で計画された小金井大緑地です。戦後、東宮仮御所に使用され、また農地解放により4割を失いましたが、29年に都市公園として開園されました。
