How to colour white chocolate
White Chocolate 200 gms Cocoa Butter 10 gms
Melt cocoa butter for 30 seconds in the micro.
Add Mangaram Powder Colours of your choice or used Oil Based
Colours. Stir well.
You can either make pastel or dark colours.
DO NOT USE water based or GEL colours.
Melt White Chocolate in another bowl and stir well.
Then add it to the colourer cocoa butter and mix well.
You can make multiple colours using many bowls.
